Growing up in Minnesota, Jenna Oie worked in her family’s furniture business, where she distinguished herself as a top seller and a trusted resource to customers. When she moved to New York City to pursue a career in photography, she landed a position as a server at Tribeca Grill. She was quickly recognized as a leader on the floor due to her strong customer relations and soon was named a captain and trainer, helping improve steps of service in the dining room. Through her restaurant experience, she got involved with Grow NYC, working with inner-city youth to run stands at local farmers’ markets, giving them skills in customer service, entrepreneurship and nutrition. She was pulled back to hospitality, becoming a bar manager at Bubby’s then a manager at Quality Meats, growing her expertise and knowledge. Her skilled and warm approach to hospitality make her an ideal candidate to lead the service team at Quality Eats.
