Adrian La Cruz came to the US from Uruguay when he was 16. He found catering work while studying business administration in college and fell in love with hospitality, working his way from server to managing large events of over 700 guests. He enjoyed the energy of working with guests and executing flawless dining experiences, so he set his mind to pursuing restaurant management in New York City, but learned he would have to have more experience to get his foot in the door, so he found positions in Long Island and the city, beginning as a busser and work his way through every single position until he became a head waiter then was promoted to AGM at at BLT Bar & Grill. He then joined Quality Branded as a floor manager and was named GM of Quality Eats on the Upper East Side, realizing his goal of becoming a restaurant manager in New York City.
